Governance
Assess and develop a program to train and guide the board through implementation of improvements. This may include such elements as a governance assessment, reframing your work, and recruitment assistance.
Planning
Facilitate board and staff program development or organizational plans to guide future work. Might include an assessment of the board (SWOT analysis) to help focus the organization building on strengths and opportunities for a stronger future.
Interim Leadership
Serve as an interim CEO, or change agent, during a leadership transition in order to pave the way for success for the new CEO. This position might be to fill an immediate need or to give the organization time to complete an executive search and hire.
Executive Search
Using our extensive network, we complete executive searches for smaller organizations so they can be more successful in selecting a new leader. We have the capacity to work directly with your team while managing a successful process of selecting the new leader of your organization.
Training + Presentation
Customized on-site training, presentations and speaking engagements for groups interested in learning more about nonprofit leadership and management. Includes custom training materials and handouts.
Facilitation
Provide guided groups activities such as planning, policy development, Board recruitment, and organizational retreats. Our focus and custom curriculum will always be on enhancing the group process for a better outcome.
Assessments
With custom tools, determine strengths and weaknesses in preparation for a plan to improve and enhance organization leadership and management. An assessment of an organization is generally provided in the form of a report.
